  • Terms of Use.    This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Website Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms"). Any capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy that we do not define will have the meanings given to them in the Terms.
  • Our legal basis for processing.    We process and use personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Our legal basis for processing your personal data is usually one or more of the following:

     

  • Performance of a contract.    By accessing or using the Website, you request that we provide you with the Services in accordance with our Terms of Use. To do so, we need to process some of your personal data (such as your IP address).

  • Device Information:    For deployment and compatibility purposes, such as language, geographic location, and time zone, we collect device information such as device type and version, operating system type, language and version, and information that can be extracted from the user, such as browser type and version, screen resolution.
  • Interactions and Usage:    To provide the Services, operate the Site and continually improve it so that we can sync with our partners and affiliates, we collect information about your interaction and use of the Services, such as: URLs that referred you to the Site, which internal website URLs you visited and which service-related actions (e.g., views or clicks) you performed, date/time stamp of website usage, times of clicks and impressions.
  • Log files:    We collect information through server log files, but also through website tracking technologies such as pixel tags. We do this to analyze trends, monitor user engagement and interaction with the website and similar services. The types of information collected may include IP addresses assigned to your device by your Internet service provider. We collect IP data for a limited time and for specific purposes.   • Partners and Products. In such case, we may send or otherwise share your Online Form information with the Partner about whom (or whose product) you wish to receive more information or with whom you have expressed interest in doing business (Correspondent Partner and    Relevant Product    ) so that the Correspondent can contact you with the information you requested. If we or any of our affiliates are acquired by or merged with a third-party company, or we otherwise sell all or a portion of our assets, we may (and hereby reserve the right) transfer or disclose Personal Data and other information we collect or receive. In such cases, we will require the receiving entity to disclose its privacy practices and grant you all of your rights to reside in that jurisdiction.

We may also share some non-personal information with the following types of third parties under the following circumstances:

  • Third parties engaged or hosted by us, or who provide us with services and features we may make available to you, collect information about the Site and visitors' interactions with content and features on our behalf or to provide their services. We do this when we use or provide third party technologies, services or features, or when we otherwise grant these third parties access to our Site or technology for specific purposes as described in the Privacy Policy or on the Site.   • Access and Accuracy; Deletion.    Except as described in this Privacy Policy and for specific uses and purposes, we do not store information in a way that allows us to identify it personally. Therefore, requests to access, change or delete your information can only be processed in cases where you have submitted such information or used a service that involved the collection of personal information.
  • Choices and Opt-Out.    You are free to provide us with your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You can exercise your rights in relation to your personal information and the jurisdiction of your residence at any time. For example (if applicable and relevant):

  • Review and update your personal information or request its removal from our servers (see Section 7 for more information).

  • Information security.    We and relevant third party services/affiliates implement data security systems and procedures to protect the data transmitted, processed and stored on our website, computer servers and systems. For example, the website is encrypted with SSL and, as with all data transmitted, we regularly review our data and data collection practices to ensure control. We use third party processing and delivery services that implement various data security standards and certifications (at rest and in transit) and monitor and filter access to data when it comes to our organization's personnel.
